Internal Communication Diploma
Internal communication and employee engagement are moving ever higher on the boardroom agenda and leaders increasingly look to their internal communicators for strategic guidance and insights. The internal communication diploma is designed to equip you to rise to the challenge.
It is a specialist qualification of approximately six months, taught at Masters level that fast tracks you to CIPR Accredited Practitioner status. Our tutors are both academics and practitioners so you will learn the theory but also how to apply it.
The qualification is aimed at more experienced practitioners who want to develop their strategic internal communication and management skills or those who have studied for internal communication certificate. It takes an in-depth look at communication effectiveness; how to use research to inform internal communication strategies; and change management communication theories.
It is the only diploma level qualification for internal communicators awarded by a chartered institute. A valuable qualification in its own right, it also can be used to substitute part of the CIPR diploma in public relations.
