Alison Attwood

Alison has been involved with internal communications for some twenty years, formerly as head of internal communications with a utility company and a bank where she gained experience of mergers, takeovers and the introduction of new ways of working.

Subsequently she became an independent communication consultant and trainer working mainly with government departments on a range of major change programmes. Alison is passionate about the power of effective internal communication to help transform organisations – and the people who work there.

She lives by the sea on the south coast of England and is very involved in voluntary work with Citizens Advice. She spends her free time walking on the South Downs and sailing.
